Furniture: The Museum has an eclectic collection of late 19th Century and early 20th Century furniture which has been donated to the Museum since its opening in 1978
Military Collections: The military collection includes Word War I memorabilia including a Queen Alexandra Nursing Sister’s Uniform.
Recreation: The museum has a large collection of toys and dolls including an ornate dollhouse (on loan to the Museum). We also hold a variety of early sporting equipment (ice skates, sports jerseys, trophys) including an original pair of Tackaberry Skates.
Technological Artifact: The Daly House Museum has an extensive collection of tools and equipment but there are several specialized collections of note including the seed packaging and office equipment used by McKenzie Seeds (1890-1920).
Textiles: The Daly House Museum has a fairly comprehensive collection of women’s wear (approximately 400 dresses including wedding and christening gowns). The Museum is also home to the Kathleen Moreland Rowe (Kaye Rowe) collection of over 300 hats dating from 1880 to 1980.
